GENERAL

KURSHUNI is a brand from Istanbul, Turkey. We design and produce all KURSHUNI jewellery in our facility located in Istanbul. We have 2 KURSHUNI Stores in Turkey, and around 600 KURSHUNI Sale Corners all around the World, mostly in Europe.

We have two physical stores in Istanbul. One is located in Bağdat Street, and the other one is located in Emaar Square Mall. KURSHUNI Jewellery is also present at 600 prestigious sale corners in Paris, Rome, Milan, Munich, Vienna, Bucharest and many more other cities in Europe and the World.

All KURSHUNI Jewellery is 925 Sterling Silver. We produce the highest quality silver jewellery in the World.

As we apply rhodium (white gold color) plating to all our 925 Sterling Silver jewellery, we also apply 21K rose gold (rose gold color) and 24K PURE gold (yellow gold color) plating. 

Our plating is the highest quality platings in the sector. KURSHUNI is the only and the first brand that uses 24K PURE gold plating in silver jewellery in the World. We also have black rhodium plating option available.

All KURSHUNI jewelleries are plated by using nanotechnology. Therefore, all KURSHUNI jewelleries have the highest resistance. This period also depends on how you follow the terms of use. For example; our yellow gold plated products are plated with 24K pure gold. There would not any loss of color if you follow the terms of use. There could be some damages caused by friction. We reccommend that you bring your KURSHUNI jewelleries for maintenance once a year.

Our jewellery has a guarantee period of 2 years for any damages caused by material and production. We offer a lifetime guarantee for stone fallouts.

All our jewellery has our fish patent, which has a “925” stamp on one side and written “KURSHUNI” on the other.  The “fish patent” on all KURSHUNI jewellery and the Digital Certificate, which is automatically sent to your email after your purchase is completed, guarantees that the jewellery purchased is 925 Sterling Silver and an orginal KURSHUNI jewellery.

There is a “Find Your Ring Size” link on the details page of all rings available in our Online Store. You can click on this link and follow the instructions presented to you in order to find out your ring size.

Our earrings are sold both in pairs and individually. If there is a statement indicating “SOLD INDIVIDUALLY” next to the name of the earring, and has a code ending with “S”. There is a price difference between our earrings sold individually and in pairs.  If you prefer to purchase a single earring, please make sure that its code is ending with “S” and has a statement indicating “SOLD INDIVIDUALLY” next to its name.

You may also see a statement indicating “ASYMMETRIC EARRINGS” for some of our earrings. These earrings are being sold in pairs, but each pair has a different design for each ear.

You can become a member by clicking on “LOG IN / CREATE AN ACCOUNT” button (on the top right side) on www.kurshuni.com

You can shop on www.kurshuni.com as a guest without becoming a member.

You can update your membership information by clicking on “MY ACCOUNT/MEMBERSHIP DETAILS" button.

If you do not remember your password, you can create a new password by clicking on “FORGOT MY PASSWORD” button under “SIGN IN” section (on the top right side).

Your personal data is protected within laws of protection of personal data under 6698 legislation. You can get more information on the use of your personal data from “Personal Data Protection Text” located under the footer.


ORDER

The same jewellery that you see in the photo will be sent to you.

You can not change your order after it is picked up by the shipping company.

If your order has not been picked up by the shipping company, you can cancel your order. We will return your payment. You can place a new order.

“Order Received” and “Order Delivered” emails will be sent to you automatically.  You will be informed about the status of your order along the way.  You can also view the status of your order from “MY ACCOUNT/MY ORDERS” section.

Orders have a preparation period of maximum 3 business days. After this period, the shipping company picks up the orders.  You can follow up on your order from the tracking number provided by the shipping company.

You can place an order from any country that www.kurshuni.com is open to take orders. You can not place an order from another country to be delivered to Turkey.

Jewellery available for sale in our offline stores may not be available on www.kurshuni.com due to regional needs and operational factors. 

You can cancel your order if it has not been picked up by the shipping company.  To cancel your order, you can go to “MY ACCOUNT/MY ORDERS”, select the order that you would like to cancel and click on the “CANCEL” button.

www.kurshuni.com only sells jewellery that has no damages. In the case that the jewellery is damaged along the way due to unexpected situations, please, contact our Customer Service Department by sending an email to customer@kurshuni.com.

In the case that the jewellery sent to you is different from the one you ordered, please contact our Customer Service Department by sending an email to customer@kurshuni.com.

Your order is sent to you within the uniquely designed original jewellery box for KURSHUNI.  We can add a note on the KURSHUNI Wish Card for you and place it in your order. We kindly ask you to write the note that you would like to send to the “Notes” section of your order.


PAYMENT

All data is transferred after they are SSI-encoded. In payments via Visa and Mastercard, only SET transactions (Secure Electronic Transaction) are accepted. After confirming that the card is included in the SET system, the shopping system will contact the bank that has provided the card to enable the buyer to authorize the payment. When the bank confirms the transaction, the amount is withdrawn from the card. Otherwise, the order is cancelled.

You can make your payment through Bank Transfer or Credit Card.  You will see our IBAN number when you select Bank Transfer option in Payment Section. You can take our IBAN number from there and make your bank transfer. After you make your transfer, we kindly ask you to send the proof of payment to customer@kurshuni.com

We apply payment instalments to credit card payments. When you choose Credit Card as a payment method, you will see the payment instalment options available to you.

You can purchase with a foreign credit card within the borders of Republic of Turkey.

Your credit card can be rejected due to following reasons:

  • Your card may have expired. Please, make sure that your credit card is still valid.
  • You may have exceeded the credit limit. Please, contact your bank to make sure that you have not exceeded the allowed credit limit.
  • You may have entered some information incorrectly. Please, make sure that you have filled out all required fields correctly.
  • Your credit card may be closed to make purchases from International sites. Please, contact your bank and make sure that your credit card is open for International purchases.

When your order is picked up by the shipping company, your invoice will be sent to your email.  You can also view your invoice from “MY ACCOUNT/MY ORDERS” section.

Your invoice may have fallen into “SPAM/“BULK/SPAM/JUNK” box of your email account. Please, check these boxes first. In the case that you do not see your invoice in these boxes, you can contact our Customer Service Department by sending an email to customer@kurshuni.com.

We do not offer the payment-at-the-door option. You can make your payments either through bank transfer or credit card.

We return your payment when we receive the returned jewellery.

If you make your payment via Bank Transfer, your payment will be returned to the IBAN number that you made the payment from. If you make your payment via Credit Card, your payment will be returned to the credit card that you made the payment from. The payment returns to Credit Cards may take up to 5 business days depending on your bank. You can follow this up with your bank.


SHIPMENT

We work with ARAS Kargo within Turkey.

Our company handles the shipping costs for domestic deliveries.

In the case of returns, if you send your returns from our Aras Kargo Account, the shipping cost is handled by our company. You can contact our Customer Service Department from customer@kurshuni.com to obtain our Aras Kargo Account Number.

If you send your return without our Aras Kargo Account Number or with another shipping company, our company will not handle the shipping cost of your return.

You can track your order’s shipment from the tracking number, which can be reached at “MY ACCOUNT/MY ORDERS/ORDER DETAIL” section. You can contact Aras Kargo Customer Service (444 25 52) and ask for the status of your shipment through your tracking number.

An automated email will be sent to you when your order is picked by the shipping company. You can also follow the status of your order from “MY ACCOUNT/MY ORDERS/ORDER DETAIL” section.

You can change the delivery address of your order before your order is picked up by the shipping company.

You can change the name of the person who will pick up your order before your order is picked up by the shipping company.

You can follow up the delivery status of your order with the shipping company directly after your order is picked up from our facility. You can contact the Customer Service Department of Aras Kargo at 444 25 52.

All orders placed on holidays and weekends are processed on the first business day after the holiday/weekend. It takes maximum 3 business days for orders to be ready for delivery.

All orders are being processed up to 3 business days (except for holidays and weekends). When this period is completed, the order is delivered. Once the order is picked up by the shipping company, you can follow up the delivery time with from Customer Service Department of Aras Kargo (444 25 52).

If your order arrives when you are not at home, the shipping company leaves a note on your door. You can contact the branch who left the note directly to get information about the status of your delivery.

You should not accept the package if  is damaged when it arrives. You should demand an official report by the shipping company indicating that the package was damaged at the time of delivery. We kindly ask you to send the report to our Customer Service Department (customer@kurshuni.com).

All orders become ready to be delivered up to 3 business days. Therefore, we do not have a same-day delivery option.


RETURNS

You can return the jewellery you purchased up to 14 business days from the delivery date. You can select the jewellery that you would like to return by clicking on “RETURN” button located in “MY ACCOUNT/MY ORDERS" section.

When your RETURN REQUEST FORM is sent to customer@kurshuni.com, our Customer Service Department will contact you to inform about the process of the returns.

We only accept returns under these conditions;

  • Return Request Form is sent with the jewellery, returned jewellery to be in its original KURHUNI box, unused, and not damaged.
  • Invoice of your order and presents sent with your order (if any) sent back to us 
  • We do not accept the return of earrings due to hygienic conditions.

After we receive the return;

  • Our experts evaluate if the return conditions are met fully.
  • In the case that the return is approved by our experts, the payment is returned to your credit card that the payment is made from; or to IBAN number that the payment is made from.

We do not accept returns of any jewellery purchased from www.kurshuni.com to one of our physical stores.
